My complaint:

My complaint has already been filed months ago. I was told to send a valid email address, which I did. My issue was validated, but UNCLE REMUS didn’t follow through as they promised, and they NEVER sent the gift card. I keep checking, every time I’m on line and NOTHING, NO-THING from UNCLE REMUS! My granddaughter was so disappointed the night we were there, and unfortunately, UNCLE REMUS still hasn’t made things right with her!

Suggested solution:

Do what you promised and send the gift card so that we can give uncle remus another chance.
