My complaint:
An employee over charge me 17.00 dollars over the amount of my bill, my bill was 19.00 dollars and some change, he rung me up 37.00 and some change for 8 piece of chicken, large fries, 2 rolls and a small cup of mold sauce, I told him he’s wrong and then he rung the right amount, also the chicken was old and hard as a rock, I call and told the manager of this and she defend the employee and the chicken, I’m very disappointed and upset with uncle remus, please fix this.
Suggested solution:
Check the employees, check the cooks, put a better person in charge cause no one wants to be cheated and no one wants to buy old hard as rock chicken.
