My complaint:
I went in the store to return some products. I asked if someone can help me find a shampoo and conditioner snd face wash. The girl behind the counter says there is nobody on the floor to help you at this time. Really unexceptable then I ask for my return if I can get refund to go back to my card. I Saud at first gift card because i thought someone was going to help me on the floor. Then the cashier calls Jill who is the manager. Very rude also gives me a smile and says I am sorry with a smirk. Right now i am never stepping into a ulta beauty again. I call wetalk to get the district manager. No call what’s so ever. You have my word I am never going into a store again. You lost a customer. Like that really bothers you.
