My complaint:

Dear Sir,
It was impossible for me to write down my Uber experience on an AI driven Uber App. Thanks for giving me an opportunity to write to you. Note is a bit too long; seek your patience to understand my plight yesterday. I also wish to inform you that I am 63 years old with comorbidities related to the heart.
Yesterday, when I entered the Uber zone in Bangalore International Airport Uber Zone I booked Uber Go only to realize that there was a very long queue. I was in a hurry to reach home in an emergency. I asked the Uber attendant whether he can help me to cancel this trip and book me on an Uber Sedan where there were very few people waiting. He ly did so and there were no cancellation charges. He also booked me on an Uber Sedan and helped me get into the Uber Sedan with my luggage. As the car moved a bit and the driver was entering the pin, to my utter surprise, the pin was not matching and the driver could not start the trip. So he asked me to get down. I got down with my luggage and asked the Uber attendant what to do. Pin not matching is the first time in the life event for me. Even the attendant was surprised but told me that he would help me with another vehicle. He again got me into 2 Sedans one by one only to get more frustrated that the issue of pin not matching did not get resolved. The only way left then for me as well as the attendant was to cancel this trip too and rebook another Sedan so that we could try with a new pin that would certainly work. The Uber attendant only then cancelled the trip and booked a new trip on my phone since that was the only way a new pin and new trip can be pursued.
Finally the new pin worked and resumed my journey from the airport to home after struggling for half an hour for no fault of mine. I had almost decided that I would never take an Uber drive in the future in my life, but for the empathic behavior and support of the Uber man on the spot. Little did I notice that there was a cancellation charge applied for the previous cancellation since everything was done by the attendant on my phone. It was only on the way back home, did I realize that there was a totally unjustified illegitimate charge of Rs. 342.

Suggested solution:

By reversing the illegitimate cancellation fees they charged on me as it was completely their fault.
