My complaint:
Uber charged me a fee which was not appropriate $190.82 – they agreed to refund me – but they made the decision to give me Uber Cash – which I do not want and they refuse to credit my credit card on file
they are basically saying even though the charge was inappropriate – they can credit me anyway they choose.
Its now almost one week and they are still escalating – but they seem to think they have the right to not give me back my money and give me Uber Cash – I think this is illegal – would love your help
I am sure they have probably done this to other riders and this seems criminal to me – would love your thoughts.
I never wanted UBER CASH – and now they refuse to return my money and why were they able to refund the other amounts – sounds fishy to me
