Uber complaint: Refusing to fix a hacked account

My complaint:

My account was hacked, I tried several times to get staff to fix it. Someone created multiple accounts in my name. I am only guilty of one because I was locked out of my original account the others the hacker did. The hacker changed my email address on my app the uber staff send me emails to my original email address but the app keeps directing me to the wrong email address and the email address doesn’t exist. Instead uber fired me saying that I created those accounts and I had to close my bank account and open a new one because hackers had my bank information on top of that uber texted me to tell me to update my vehicle information I did recently because I tried to sign up for the taxicab service. They still won’t fix my hacked account and they don’t believe me when I said I didn’t create those other accounts Someone used my phone number to create multiple accounts plus I got accused of having someone else delivering my food when it was probably the hacker doing it. I thought What? What are you talking about I delivered the food. They still refuse to fix the app and put the correct email address on the app. They won’t delete the other accounts and open a new one so the hackers still have me locked out of my account and now using my vehicle information to drive under my account.

Suggested solution:

By fixing my account and fix the issues and compensate me for wrongfully firing me and is there a lawsuit on them for hackers getting my information?
