My complaint:
Due to an emergency with my service animal being injured I got into the car with no mask after I looked for one and put a towel over my face. My service dog was injured and I was rushing him to the vet. How dare the driver say my face wasn’t covered. I used a towel. Unbelievable that he lies and I get a warning!!!!
Suggested solution:
Apology from Uber as I am a regular customer with a mask. Tell the driver to carry masks if my emergency covering was not good enough.
