My complaint:
Uber doesn’t explain how to use the app. Doesn’t say explicitly that uber cash expires. I was waiting like 3 hours for a delivery that came with many expired items. I got a cash back 5$ for waiting. Thanks. You know when you give a gift, you don’t take it. At least when you want to take it back just advice! It’s kind of impolite!
Its called a wallet. And a wallet is private. It’s like you take money back from my wallet without noticing me. I want my cash back because first you gave it me. Second because I worth it and I deserve it.
Suggested solution:
Give my cash back and also take a note to improve this part. Client is not at all happy about this procedure!
I am giving 4 star because I always had a resolution with uber.
