My complaint:
An item was missing. I contacted the help centre and they just offered a refund of GBP1.88, which is far below the price of the missing item (3.65). On the UberEats website, it is stated that when an item is missing from a bundle, the a la carte value of the missing item will be refunded.
There is no way of contacting support or initiating dispute once the issue was so called resolved as ruled by UberEats. This is blatant cheating.
Suggested solution:
To refund the correct amount of GBP3.65.
