My complaint:
This is the not the first time that Ubereats have not refunded me for food that I’ve had an issue with or even when some food has been wrong or missing from my order. Instead they keep telling me that my order is not eligible for a refund. The most recent order was not even delivered to me and yet I was charged for it and ubereats once again said they will not refund me for it. I saw the driver on the map and I also sent him numerous messages but he didn’t respond. I tried calling but the delivery drivers phone was off. I’ve got proof that I messaged him and he didn’t respond. It also says that the order has been delivered but it hasn’t been delivered to me. I didn’t even give the code as no food was delivered to me. I have evidence that I have attached. I am absolutely furious at ubereats charging me and now I not only want a refund for my undelivered order but I want compensation for everything they have put me through!
Suggested solution:
I want a refund for my undelivered order and I also want compensation for all the stress and anxiety that they have put me through!
