My complaint:
I received the wrong order on 2806. The driver passed me my order for me to get back into my house and find he has passed me the incorrect order which was someone else’s. My order was from leon via order No. AD8A0. I received an order from Rice which on the bag specified order No C2940
I contacted Uber multiple times and nothing was done to help or resolve this. I had to unfortunately bin the food I received which was a great waste as well as not ever receiving the food that I ordered. Disappointed was an understatement particularly as I was unwell so the takeaway was my only sense of joy that day.
Suggested solution:
I want a response from Uber eats and some level of apology refund reorder. Ideally due to the day having passed a refund or account credit would be best
