Uber Eats complaint: Unauthorized Tip Charges and the worst support

My complaint:

I ordered twice in Uber Eats and when you order via website, anything about tip options you will not see. After you order you get an email regarding an initial receipt and it says it is not yet final. Got the final via an email. Then after a few hours you will get an email again thanking me for the tip. Check my receipt and get a charge of $9.53 for the July 26 order and check my receipt that I ordered last July 25, It has a tip charge of $14.06. Contact Uber support and the only option you will get is chat. Tried 5 times via chat and 5 times in the chat trying to help me regarding my complaint about the unauthorized tip charges but they could not help me and everyone says that it is out of their scope and escalated or emailed it to the proper department. And everyone knows that I am still typing in the chat and they just cut me off in the conversation. As of writing this complaint there is still no response to my replies in their support emails. Uber Eats must be charging people without the knowledge of the clients. The prices are already jack up on their website, plus the delivery fee and service fee. Then you will be charged an unauthorized top fee.

Suggested solution:

After contacting them multiple times in the chat with 5 different people and sending email support twice, it should already be escalated to resolve my issue. And it is a simple step to just help remotely cancel the tip charges. But Uber Eats probably ignoring my complain.
