My complaint:
When I order from Uber from different restaurants Uber csncells my orders by percentage of 98% of the time. The other times my orders don’t show up at my address. 2500 Deerman st Apt B11 Guntersville Alabama 35976. Ridgewood Apts. When I send Uber a message They don’t pay me my money back or reorder my order. They owe me 534.96. I’m on social security and this is uncalled for. I placed a order with them thru wendys and it got canceled today. I want respect thru them and a phone number to call. There is no phone number.
Suggested solution:
Pay customers what is owed when orders are not delivered. The drivers are stealing them.
