Uber Eats complaint: Uber eats wont refund me for a delivery delivered to wrong address

My complaint:

I placed an order with uber eats who delivered to the wrong address. Now they wont refund me.

Suggested solution:

They should refund me because it was clearly the delivery drivers fault delivering to another address.
