Uber Eats complaint: Charged for an order I did not receive due to the driver being at the wrong address!

My complaint:

Driver was meant to deliver Mc Donalds order to Skelton Mill lodges (only one entrance). Driver phoned and said he arrived, we came out of the lodge to meet him. No driver there, he rang and explained he was at the wrong address. We tried to explain to the driver he was not at the correct address and we would be prepared to begin to walk to find where he was. He began screaming and shouting down the phone demanding that we ‘open the gates’ and cone get our food, again we explained he was at the wrong address as we could see where he was parked.he began hurling abuse down the phone and then put the phone down. I tried to call back numerous times, each time the phone was put down, he then blocked my number. Marked the order as completed and I could not make any contact to try and get my food. Uber eats are telling me that because the driver waited 8 minutes at the WRONG address, and apparently I ignored communication (even though I was on the phone with the driver explaining he was not here, and received abuse and aggressive communication) I am apparently not entitled to a refund!! Simply disgusting. The customer service team is refusing to put me in contact with a manager or head office as I am not leaving this here. I as a customer, was wrongfully treated and the abusive and aggressive driver gets off with delivering food at the wrong address, abusing customers and stealing my food which was paid for!
