My complaint:
Good afternoon
I placed an order this morning and gave precise instructions on where to deliver.
I make many orders this way and they always arrive.
Today your delivery driver was late, then he called me as he was in the wrong place.
I gave him instructions over the phone And over the app message service.
He then asked me to walk and meet him!
I refused and then received a message to say as I hadn’t contacted the courier my order was cancelled with no refund.
This is a blatent lie and I would like my money refunded immediately.
Attached screenshots of your courier number on my register and the false info.
I also. Notice the driver has blocked me so I can’t Accsess the messages, if you can send a copy I would be grateful.

Refund now
