I ordered food on the app about 2 hours ago, 2 hours later I opened the door just to find someone else’s order (a wet bag of spilled food) at my doorstep. I immediately attempted to contact the driver but the driver had his/her cell phone off. I then had to pick up that disgusting food and clean the floors so I don’t get in trouble with the neighbors. Not only did I not get my food after 2 hours of waiting but also, the Uber customer service representative did not even attempt to call the driver and find out what happened. When I asked to speak with a supervisor he said and I quote “I have to go serve other users now”
1. By finding out what happened to my food and why the driver had her cell phone off
2. By apologizing for wasting 2 hours of my life and another 15 minutes that I wasted having to clean the hallway so the neighbors don’t see that mess.
3. By apologizing for the lack of/extremely poor customer service and hiring competent customer service representatives that are not rude and or incompetent, as well as UNWILLING to help. The agents I spoke with were sending me template messages, not reading my texts or attempting to contact the driver
4. By giving me my 2 hours back and bringing me my food - oh that’s right they can’t do that.
