My complaint:
I placed an order on Uber Eats on 9th September. It was an order from Brookvale Fish Bar.
I seen on my receipt that I had been charged a delivery fee of £1.29, however the actual charge should’ve been £0.29p as stated on the website.
I tried speaking with Uber Eats, however nobody has helped me.
I want the £1.00 that you overcharged me refunded and I also request that my Uber Eats account is deleted immediately.
If this isn’t resolved then I will be escalating this.
Suggested solution:
I will be satisfied once my refund has been processed and my account is permanently deleted.
