My complaint:
I placed an order for a MacDonald’s Delivery 26062022 – and received a very unprofessional response from the driver.
Eventually my order was canceled – I was not the one that cancelled the order.
I have not been refunded
Suggested solution:
Please ensure that your drivers are able to handle customers in a professional manner - this experience has made me reconsider using Uber eats ever again.
I have screen shots of the conversation (messages) - but your system will not upload it for some reason
