My complaint:
I complained about an order just being dumped outside my block of flats and ever since, the same driver, Douglas Aprecido, has accepted orders from me and then sat doing nothing for over 20 minutes before cancelling the collection. The is NO care at ALL from Uber, no way of complaining, no compensation, nothing. It’s an utter disgrace. I have phone grabs of all of the delays and my last order was over TWO HOURS late with not so much as a word of apology or even acknowledgement of the complaint.
Suggested solution:
I want full refunds on orders A3AA3 and C0A3C or I will just stop using UberEats and move to Just Eat and Deliveroo.
