My complaint:

Dear Sir Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Uber Eats

The issue that I have experienced was: I have been charged with an Uber One membership amount before the actual deadline. I cancelled my membership beforeon the last day however I have been still charged with the membership amount. I tried to contact Uber Eats via help options but there’s no response to my chat post multiple follow ups. Can you please check and initiate my refund back.

It occurred on: 24092022

This meant that I had been charged an amount without using any benefits and cancelling membership before renewal date.

Initiate refund back to my account

I look forward to your response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.
