My complaint:
I was charged for an order which I cancelled. I got an email says I would get a full refund. I have not yet received it.
What happened is that I cancelled my first order as I did not use a voucher I had by mistake. I then re-ordered with the voucher. The first amount for $48.09 went through but no refund for the $48.09 has been credited.
Please correct this – thank you!
