Uber Eats complaint: Promotional code

My complaint:

Promo code was taken of at checkout but still charged me full price on my debit card. OCTDEAL40 was the promo code. Should have been the amount shown in attached photo uber eats won’t respond

Suggested solution:

Refund the discount
