My complaint:
I placed an order and included the promo code EATSLOCALVE4. When it was applied, it knocked half the items off the order. So, I did not receive a $23 reduction from an order that cost over $60. We had to reorder a large portion of our dinner. I will not order through them again. But they need to get their act together, because promo codes are supposed to be valid and should not interfere with the items on the order.
Suggested solution:
They should accept the promo code and the reduction of $23 and give me a refund. I still will not use them again.
