My complaint:
I ordered Chinese food on uber eats. They sent a deliveroo push bike to pick up. This bike ride took 40 mins in very cold weather. I could see this on uber tracking. All food cold and inedible. High risk food such as rice and bean sprouts etc. Uber refused to rectify despite explaining and asking for a manager. I even asked them to come back and collect the food, it could not be eaten.
