My complaint:

Placed an order using mcdelivery at 18.34, told was on way at 18.44 to arrive my 18.59. Order arrived at 19.21 depsite me living maximum 10 minutes away. Tried to call courier no answer. When he finally arrived told me his GPS was not working. My food was stone cold having left the restaurant over 30 minutes earlier. Drink was handed over in a bag I hadn’t realised was damaged drink fell out and a large fanta went over my floor and carpet I then realised the lid was broken. Driver just stood there. Uber eats feel this is all fine and acceptable but will refund my drink as I couldn’t drink it. You can’t even speak to someone at mcdonalds. Mean while I’ve paid for food £3.99 for delivery and not drank my drink, didn’t eat the food as was freezing and my floor was left sticky and carpet stained.

Suggested solution:

I would like at a minium the full cost of £9.76 refunding and an apology.
