My complaint:

I order fro Benihana and my order was supposed to be here at 8:12 then I got a notice it wasn’t going to be here until 9:00
This is unacceptable and will be filing a claim with Amex to reverse the charges this is rediculous

Suggested solution:

Refund my purchase since the food will be in eatable when it gets here
