My complaint:

I made an order to the Jin Thai Noodle Bar in Hawthorn on my Uber Eats phone app. The order was ed and the driver was allocated (Peng Cheng). The estimated delivery time was given. The app then asked me for a tip which I made. Then the order dropped off my phone and I could not retrieve it – no map and driver progress. The order did not arrive. I rang the restaurant and they did not receive the order. I have been debited the amount of $58.40 from my bank and received the receipt via email.
Please help – I have been trying for ages to have some dialogue with the just ask folks with no satisfaction.

Suggested solution:

Refund the money and investigate why Jin Thai did not receive the order but I was sent the official receipt.
