Uber Eats complaint: No food was received after payment, the delivery could not be contacted

My complaint:

I paid 41.69 euros to buy Chinese food on UberEat on the night of Sept 17 Fri.
After placing the order, uber eat showed that the foods were being delivered. But after the delivery time, it showed that I had signed for it, but I did not receive the food.
At the same time, there is no delivery phone number in the delivery information (can not be contacted). What’s more, there is no delivery order number in the receipt, so I called to complain and asked me to provide the order number, I didn’t have it.
So until now, nobody can solve the problem. I was disappointed because I felt uber eat was a big, international company with a good management system and a guarantee of power over customers. This was my first time using UberEat, and the experience was terrible.

Suggested solution:

Pay the cost of my order and pay an additional 15 euros for compensation.
