My complaint:
My order was completely accurate and payed for as it was placed. Delivery time was 70-80 minutes. I placed the order at 6:45. I called the restaurant at 8:11 to ask where is my food since my app said they can’t find a driver to deliver my food. They made me pay for food what was sitting there because Ubereats couldn’t find a driver and even then .. The restaurant said my food was sitting there for 30 minutes! I would’ve eaten a 2 hour old meal.. Where is this my fault? I emailed twice and they said I still have to pay for it??? I waited over an hour even to call the restaurant and UberEats could not find a driver to deliver it to me! It’s their fault not mine.
