Uber Eats complaint: NEVER got my food

My complaint:

During 56PM i ordered food from KFC, it was all placed and never got the food and the driver marked it as completed. The driver wrote that he tried to call me and waited by the location for 7 minutes and he never did either of them as I was standing outside. Then decided to go to KFC about the food I never had, and the women said that uber eats company was gonna call me and then re-ordered the food, and they never did either of those. Also I got charged from the food that I NEVER had.

Suggested solution:

Either a full refund, or the food that I should be given.
PS: Would like to put a complaint on the driver being unprofessional and not doing his job properly.
