My complaint:
on 1st of Dec I ordered from supermarket QuanLian and some of the items were missing, I paid the whole amount by cash. only after the delivery guy left I saw some items were missing. I reported on $122 value of items that were missing , Uber gave me credits of $122 even though I asked to get my money back as I paid it in cash, they gave me by credit. the next day on the 2nd of Dec I ordered something again from supermarket QuanLian and chose the option to deduct the $122 from the total but when I checkout the amount was still the same the money didnt deduct and they didnt consider my $122 inside.. I immediately contacted the help center but they spent a whole hour!!! 30 minutes while making the order and choosing the credit to be deducted but without success and another 30 minutes while the delivery guy was on the way and I asked them not to send him if they dont deduct my money but no any response from them they only kept sending the same stupid messages telling me to send the name of the restaurant even though I sent it 10 -15 times (QUANLIAN 全聯）they only kept sending this same message while doing nothing helpful, I explained and sent screenshot said that they didnt deduct the 122 and that in such case I will not accept the delivery and that they can tell the guy not to come. The guy still came and asked for the full amount of the bill I said I cannot accept it cause I asked and chose to deduct the 122 from the amount, he couldn’t contact uber too and said he understands how messy uber works and that they will not charge me for this order. but now on uber app they said they will charge me !! and the 122 is still there but I cannot use it. This is MY MONEY and uber stole it. Twice!! I would like to report to the police on that for a fraud!!!
