My complaint:
On 08-Feb-2024, I placed an order through the Uber app for biryanis from Kashmir to Kanyakumari Restaurant. Unfortunately, when the order arrived, I was disappointed to find that food was spoiled and smelly, maybe the food was from day-before left over. This is not the level of quality I have come to expect from Uber Eats, and I have called the restaurant and they asked me to contact Uber Eats, but customer service doesn’t care about my concern. By trusting Uber eats spending lot of money on Uber eats and they are simply ignoring it. More then food the response i am getting from Uber eats is more disappointing.
Additionally, I have encountered an issue with my Uber membership. Despite being an Uberone member, With my recent experience I want to close my Uberone account but I have paid for yearly membership. I am requesting to refund my money to close my account.
