My complaint:

We ordered our meals at approximately 7:35 last night and were told they would be delivered by 8:05 p.m. At 8:15, our driver called and said he was given the wrong address. We gave the correct address in our order. The driver arrived at approximately 8:30. The food was cold, the fries were limp and soggy, and the drink, which was supposed to be raspberry ice tea, was Powerade. Additionally, we were quoted 49¢ for the delivery fee but were charged $2.49. For the record, we live one-half of a mile from the restaurant and often walk there for a meal.
This was our first experience with Uber Eats and may possibly be our last.
