My complaint:

My credit card was cloned and was used fraudulently by someone for Uber Eats and Uber Ride over several months. I don’t have any Uber account and have never ordered from Uber Eats or Uber Ride. I got my card several times but every single time I got a new card, the same problem kept happening where my card was being used fraudulently for purchases I did not make. The bank even contacted Uber to stop my card details being stored but Uber never bothered following this up. I have written to Uber and the CEO for Uber to complain about this and they have not even acknowledged my messages.

I have had no choice but to cancel my credit card completely as this was causing me too much stress. This is absolutely disgraceful behaviour by a company like Uber.

Suggested solution:

I need Uber to acknowledge my complaints and to assure me that this fraudulent charges will stop immediately and I will not have the same problems in future.
I would also like them to compensate me for all the stress this has caused me.
