My complaint:
I ordered food through Jack in the box’s website that was setup for delivery through Uber eats. Went outside to get my food and noticed the driver had spilled some of the shake on my porch. After looking closer, I saw a HUGE black hair right on top of one of the shakes. Looked at the drivers photo and my doorbell camera and sure enough the driver has a long afro. Since I placed the order through Jack in the box’s website and not directly through the Uber app, there’s no way for me to report it or request a refund. I can’t even rate the driver or adjust (remove) the tip. I have more pictures of the spilled shake and driver but it will only let me upload one.
Suggested solution:
I want my money refunded for both shakes and the drivers tip.
