Uber Eats complaint: Incorrect poor quality orders

My complaint:

My past 3 orders on Uber Eats have either been completely cold (cold pizzas), or some items were not delivered at all. There is no way to report, or resolve this on the app quickly and easily. I’ll be strongly discouraging friends from using the service as the after-sales services is ridiculous. We’ll be using Mr Delivery from now on who have always been helpful and quick resolve any issues.
