My complaint:
I ordered a “deal 1” from the San Mareno in Smethwick on Waterloo road. Even before the ordered turned up the guy from the Resturant phoned me and said that what I had ordered I won’t get as uber had made a mistake on their appsite. I order x-large pizza and I got a regular, ordered apple tango and I got a Pepsi which I cannot drink due to religious reasons and I ordered a strawberry cheesecake and it came completely frozen! Also the keema naan was awful as it was like bread with bits of meat on top. What I am most upset by is the pizza. How can you say it’s an x-large and send a regular. Less than half the size.
Suggested solution:
They should refund me some of the money I paid or they should least get the Resturant to send me another regular pizza for free.
