My complaint:

I ordered from Iceland and did not receive an item (it was missing from the order). I have been charged for it but did not receive it and Uber Eats don’t believe I am entitled to a refund! How ridiculous. Really poor customer service. I would suggest cancelling an account with them and going with Deliveroo.

Suggested solution:

Provide me a refund of the item.
