My complaint:
We were waiting on our balcony looking out for the delivery. No one showed up but the app said our food was delivered. After several attempts to call the delivery person, he said he had tried to deliver but couldn’t contact us. This is a blatant lie and I’m stunned at the lack of service. Any business that carries on in this way is disgusting. I’m new to this way of ordering food and will NEVER use Uber eats again. Please refund our money. We work a lot harder to earn our money than you do. Your sincerely, A. Very Hungry Person.
