My complaint:

We have ordered 5 x 2L Coke’s on Saturday night, Driver was Adam, and we tracked him on the app.
Once the clock start running, we tried to contact him, but he keep ignoring us. Total was R207.50 – he did not even answer his phone, nor read our messages.
We told him we will be reporting him, but its so easy with Uber Eats, the drivers can steal our items and this is not the 1st time this happen to us.

Suggested solution:

We want our money reversed!!!!!! We dont even want the items anymore! We did not get the items, and we had over 12 people at our house as witness to this, and same time we tried reporting this over and over and over. This happened on a previous occassions aswell!
