My complaint:
I ordered starbucks on ubereats when my driver got to the store she informed me that the store didn’t have a item I ordered so I just simply asked for a refund. While contacting ubereats about the situation they just automatically cancelled my order without asking me if that was what I wanted which it was not. I just wanted a refund for the 1 item, so I contacted them again but the customer service was very unhelpful.! At this point I’m just simply done with ubereats because I always have some sort of issue with them.
Suggested solution:
They refunded my entire order even though I didn’t ask them to. When trying to contact them again they claimed they were looking into it but never got back to me.
