My complaint:

It was coming up to time to take a new picture for my UberEats driver account, so I took a new picture and waited for it to be approved. So I waited…. And waited… For 5 days I waited until I called asking for them to approve the picture. The customer service rep told me to wait 15 minutes for the escalation process, to get the photo approved.. it has now been almost 3 weeks of waiting, I have called the customer support at least 15 times, I’ve been told to wait 15 minutes, I’ve been told to wait 3 days, and even been told it will take 2 weeks. I have also tried uploading a different picture in hopes that it would be easier. Still nothing. I’ve tried reaching a supervisor, and the CSR just tells me that the supervisor will not help me, so they will not let me talk to one. I’ve been told I can get a call back from a supervisor as well, and received no call back. I haven’t changed my look ever, and I look the same as I did years ago, even the CSR’s I’ve spoken to say that it looks like nothing is wrong with my picture, they are just waiting for the document specialists to review the photo. Nobody will help me! UberEats will not let me work until this document is approved, and ice been out of work for weeks now due to this.

Suggested solution:

UberEats NEEDS to approve my photo, and since they have taken so long to do so, they will restore my Platinum status, since I haven't been able to work due to their unprofessionalism.
