My complaint:

My daughter ordered from Uber Eats and I stayed on the phone with her to make sure she was safe. She saw that her order was being prepared and that it was being delivered but when she went out to get it the driver drove off without calling or texting her and she didn’t get her order. She is in college and on a budget she doesn’t have money to feed the uber drivers. She needs her money back or I’m getting a lawyer to look into this! She ordered from O’Charley’s. I am still on the phone with her as I am writing the complaint. She ordered at 3:05pm it is now 4:05pm.
