My complaint:
I ordered groceries(iceland)from store, using ubereats they had a special deal, spend over £40, get £20 off total. It went through I paid £28.28 through zilch. Next morning Ubereats are trying to charge me £41.03, this transaction doesn’t even show up on zilch. They have put restrictions on my account, saying i have to pay £12.75, to continue to use ubereats.
Accused me of breaking terms and conditions, but will not tell me in which way, will not answer my questions
Suggested solution:
Cancel £12.75, reinstate my account and an apology.
