Uber Eats complaint: Where do I start…..

My complaint:

It has taken nearly 2 hours for my delivery to arrive, the food is cold, no fruit bag was in the delivery and no straws for the drinks.

Suggested solution:

A full refund would be a start as I now have to go and get some dinner as no one wants to eat or reheat the food. And how do I take a photo of cold food???
