My complaint:

I have try to explain to them I filed dispute with my bank I was tryjng to order from one location it was freezing the app I had to keep restarting it I forgot I had a order in the basket still when I started new one when I was checking out it Said Two orders I was like omg no no I try canceling one order it ended up canceling two it was a only like 10 sec it was cancled so I got charged double for no reason wasn’t my fault have talked to them called over and over won’t refund me how is this right this isn’t right ridiculous worse customer service they treat you bad they don’t listen to you have explained everything over and should been $25 ended up to 80 like how is this even fair I didn’t end up Getting any of my meals I still got charged nothing was picked up something needs to be done I want my whole refund back started a claim to

By refunding my money and apologize for being so rude hanging up on me I have been customer for 5 yr I get treated like this
