My complaint:
An order was given on 16th June 2021 morning. The delivery guy called me but I could not receive the call. When I called him after 10min he said he had cancelled the order and the order will not be processed now. The cake order was given by one of my friends and hence I was not able to trace the things but the delivery guy mentioned in the uber app that he left the parcel near the Sainsbury window. Which was the wrong information provided. This is ridiculous where he should have told me when I called him after 10 min. It was my birthday and the cake was ordered for me. Does this even make any sense? The order no was: 4247A
Suggested solution:
I want a refund for the things that made my birthday ruined.
