My complaint:
Recieved a $30 off of any new download of the app. The $30 promo code showed on my receipt until I was ask to add a tip for the driver. My final receipt mysteriously did not reflect the $30 discount. I called the no service line and was told that I should have taken a picture of the promo code.
Suggested solution:
Honor their $30 promo code and refund my money
