My complaint:
The first incident the company allocated me a driver who accepted my order and then did something else over the course of 2 and a half hours, every time I sent a message asking where he was it was ignored, and then eventually canceled. Got sent a form reply from uber eats when complaining. Last night my food was half hour late, stone cold pizza and lukewarm disgusting dessert. Driver asked me to open the dessert container in front of him with an attitude at my door. Threw the crap delivery and cooked food instead. Every time I try and contact uber eats they are sending out lazy form responses at the press of a button.
This company are as corrupt as they come. Rewarding drivers for behavior like this whilst ripping off the general public, sending form replies and making it as hard as possible for customers to complain or receive a refund. Is ripping off and stealing from the public legal?
All I wanted was my money back.
See below for the level of frustration with this. I can only attach one photo, when I receive I reply I can attach another 4 photos that show me asking for more information and getting the same form response. Thank you
